Does the Aim/SIM gateway support the following:

1. Email notification to the merchant
2. 'Authorize only' payments
3. Are the fields customizable? If so, will those fields or the data appear in the authorize.net virtual terminal? For instance, I would like a customized field that says "customer I'd" , but I would like for it to appear in the authorize .net terminal as customer ID with the data that was put in the payment form
