topic Third Party Processing in Partner Programs

Hi there. I'm looking for some more information on Authorize.net's policies regarding third party processing. We are in the process of setting up a company that will be managing SaaS applications for locally-based non-profit organizations. They are very stable, low-risk clients. For some, the transaction volume will be too small to justify a dedicated merchant account, so rather than send them to Paypal, we would prefer to handle the transactions for these organizations as a third party processor. Organizations that could cost-justify a merchant account would be handled through a normal reseller agreement.

Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
