I am wondering if there is a queue and if so how soon can I expect to hear back from certify @ authorize.net? This is the second go at this in the last 30 days or so. Please advise.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for following up. Since the launch of this community, we're seeing an unprecedented interest in our certification program. Which is good! But it also means that we are currently experiencing some longer than usual delays as we work through the applications and submissions. We are working to get to everyone as soon as we can. I have checked though and we did receive your submission. You should be hearing back from us soon.

Thanks for your patience.

Hi Michael,

I can't give you an exact estimate as each certification timeframe differs based on each company, their product, the information submitted and what steps we have to take to verify that everything is ready to be certified. I do know the certification department is sending you updates though, so please refer to the emails you receive from them.

Thanks,
