Payment Transfer via API

Hi there I have following scenario. 

One of our client using your authorize.net account as merchant.
We like to know the case as below that we can achieve below case using
authorize.net.

Case: Merchant has some amount say($1000 ) against the transaction that
happened at his website. Now the Merchant/admin wants to transfer/pay back
above amount from his website to other customers account say ($400 to
customer1 and $400 to cutomer2) which may have authorize.net account and
may also have other bank account tied up with merchant's(Site Admin) 
account.

Is there any API of authorize.net to achieve this ? or Any such facility
can be provided by authorize.net to achieve this?
