How can I submit my question when the forum says bad HTML?

I see code posted all over this forum, what am I doing wrong?

Choose the Rich Text option (should be the default), and click the Insert Code icon (5th from the left). Then just paste in your code.

No wonder. I don't see any icons; could it be Firefox, or something about my settings?

Don't know. The form works fine on my PC, but not on my actual work computer - an older Mac. What OS and browser version are you using?

Had the chance to try another computer and the icons showed up fine. I wish there was a way for me to know what the problem was, since my other browser worked fine for my needs at every other site I've visited (or at least made it obvious why not when it didn't).

Thanks for the heads up. I'm not sure why you were unable to see the icons. I've submitted a ticket to the forum provider to see if they can get that fixed.
