CIM Manual shortcomings

For the most part, the CIM XML manual is decent, but its tables of method parameters are really, really broken.

"shipToList" looks like it's on the same order as "firstName," but in fact the latter must be inside the former. This kind of problem occurs throughout the documentation. Usually some common sense and inspection of the example requests helps, but it would be a lot easier for me (the developer) if the tables were clearer. Just a little indenting of sub-elements would go a long way to help.
