Add a link to the forum from the main navigation

The forums are kind of hidden.

Under the Community nav item, add a link called "Forums" or something similar. It took me awhile to figure out where they were.

Currently in our developer center portals below, navigation to Forums (Home --> Support (Top Menu) --> Forums) is built consistently.

We are enhancing our Developer center portals, will take a note of your suggestion for ease of discoverability.
