Change text in email receipt using SIM?

Using SIM, is there any way to change the "Thank you for your order!" text in the email receipt? I tried setting x_header_email_receipt, but that just adds a message above this text. The payment is for a donation, so it would be nice to change the message a bit.

Don't see any control panel settings or fields you can pass to change that, though I suppose it's theoretically possible I missed something.

Thanks .. that's what I was seeing (or not seeing) as well. This isn't a big deal but would be nice. If anyone sees anything, please let me know.
