      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by international transaction ID? If you mean the transaction ID you use to load individual transactions, there's no difference between "local" and "international" transactions - everything is in US dollars and the transaction ID's are all in the same sequence. If you want to accept payments in other currencies, you need to look into a different merchant system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
