      <description>&lt;P&gt;From the documentation:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;If you are submitting a refund against a previous transaction that is not a CIM transaction, the following guidelines apply: &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;- you must include transId, creditCardNumberMasked (or bankRoutingNumberMasked and bankAccountNumberMasked).&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;- do not include customerProfileId, customerPaymentProfileId, and customerShippingAddressId.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
