CIM - pre register payment information.

Is it possible for customers to pre-register payment information into the CIM, i.e shipping/billing address , creditcard information without processing a transaction?

Just to clarify.

I just wanted to know if we can send payment information to the CIM. Without the customer actually buying anything at that time. Then return to the store at a later date, login and have their details ready to make a quick purchase?

Yes, just make sure when creating the payment profile set the validationmode to none.
