Credit Card Information Problem

Hi,

We are using the gravity form plugin and gravity form authorize.net addons plugin

We cannot pass through the registration process because the credit card information always sending this error

: There was an error processing your credit card. Please verify the information and try again.

We are using the test account on authorize.net sandbox as API and key, the credit card that we are using also came from authorize.net sandbox

What might be the problem that causing this.

That sounds like a generic error, so it could be almost anything. What we really need is the specific error code, if you can figure out how to get it.

Same problem here - How did you resolve?

Using Gravity Form + Authorize.net Plug-in

1. Test account set up. Green Checks (test mode selected in WP / on in test.authorize)

2. Created form with proper fields.

3. Set up feed (matched fields)

4. Test form using mock credit card (expiration date 12/2032). At this stage is when error message "There was an error processing your credit card. Please verify the information and try again" came up.

Similar problem. I found several posts (here at Authorize.net and on Gravity Forms) that describe the problem, but no solutions posted (thought it seems like they get resolved). You can see more information at this Authorize.Net thread. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
