    <description>&lt;P&gt;You're right, it's supposed to be supported for First Data Omaha. This would seem to be more likely a merchant issue, however - have you tried contacting First Data Omaha to see if they support it, and if so, if it's supported on your account specifically?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
