    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would guess it means you tried to pass a subscription ID for a subscription that isn't yours, as in it was assigned to a subscription that a different merchant set up. Better check your ID's and make sure they aren't being truncated or modified in some way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
