Authroize.net offers a lot in the way of documentation and sample code, but there are pieces missing. In my partocular situation, the CIM documentation for PHP lists the steps needed to establish a new customer's profile. But the sample code only gives the XML for the first step, the profile creation, which works great. The next step, submitting the new customer ID and getting a token, so that the customer can build his payment profile, I cannot find anywhere. Can someone help me find a sample that goes all the way from creating a new customer's profile to sending his initial payment for authorization?
