Hi,

our one vendor's merchant changed to use Card Code, we have send the card code and version 3.1 to authorize.net API,

but could not go through, shows the error: code 206 This transaction has been declined,

i found the error detail here:

206

This transaction has been declined.

This error code applies only to merchants on FDC Omaha. The merchant is not on file.

but do not know what is the cause and how to fix it,

can anyone help?

It sound like a account setup issue on authorize.net. Give support a call.
