CIM : Customer Profile ID

Hello,

Does the customer profile ID can be use with several Authorize.net account ?

For example, I have a POS which use Card Present Account type, and a Website which use a Card not Present account type.

Hi dagsystem,

CIM profile IDs are unique per Authorize.Net Payment Gateway account so they cannot be used for multiple Card Not Present (CNP) accounts.

Please note that Customer Information Manager (CIM) is not available on Card Present (CP) accounts, CIM are automatically considered CNP transactions and will require a CNP Payment Gateway account.
