I am using localhost to test this to move on to production after i succed in local.

Did it works in localhost server: link is like this "http://localhost:4004/Test/test/submitcc"

and i tried this from this example link "https://developer.authorize.net/integration/fifteenminutes/java"

Question:

1. Can i use local host to test

2. can u give me usefull link like step by step guide
