Integration Error (E00013) - I've been round & round with support...

So I'm using CIM...

Here is a screen shot of some code and the error message: "Validation Mode is invalid without Payment Profiles"

If I set mode = none, I get this error: "User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values."

And I was told NOT to use mode = test.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Is that E00007 or E00013? E00007 mean either the loginID or TransactionKey is invalid.

Can you check your Merchant have the correct value when you set the mode = none.

Is your code base on the CIM sample code? it work for me when I use the ValidationModeEnum.none with a payment profile.
