    <description>&lt;P&gt;It is stand-alone, but you won't be able to verify the credit card without using AIM along with it, which means more of your subscriptions will fail on their first charge. Most people who use ARB use AIM to do the first charge in the subscription, or if there's no immediate first charge, a $0.01 transaction and immediate void, so the credit card is actually validated without you having to wait until the next charging cycle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
