    <description>&lt;P&gt;As of October 17, 2012, we have been seeing intermitent failures when spawning a curl process to call Authorize.net for payment processing. This is the first time we've seen this issue, and it has occured &amp;gt; 15 times in the past 24 hours. What is going on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;curl: (51) SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK&lt;/P&gt;</description>
