Greetings.

I am looking for some type of documentation that maps the fields seen in the Admin web site by our Accounting department to the fields in the web service calls. We are trying to pass additional information to help try to tie the charge back to a transaction in another system. However, we cannot find the correct field to use to get it to display on the web page that accounting uses to research charges.

Hi,

If your accounting department is reconciling using the Authorize.Net administrative interface, you should find that the fields directly match the fields documented in the webservice API. If they are using a third party tool to reconcile (such as reporting from your MSP), it is not possible for us to know exactly how they will map the data.
