It's amazing that your customer needs to tell you when your server is down so you can inform your operation center. I myself was informed, because I have a Pingdom check for this. Why doesn't Authorize.net do their own monitoring?

I called their support number and spent 20 minutes trying to understand what a sandbox env is but he had no clue.. My development timelines have slipped by a day .. who is reponsible! Is there a formal and efficient way to report these issues with test env other than reporting it here and agonizingly wait for hours for someone to take notice?

Any updates Authorize.net? I cannot test getting the same error as above, E00001.

Our test server should now be fully operational. However, If you continue to see errors, it would be very helpful if you provided details on the specific errors you are receiving.
