Yesterday in our production environment, which uses SIM integration, we had an isolated case where a customer was trying to check out, and reported that she saw a "server too busy" message when trying to reach the authorize.net checkout page (https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll).

Is this the same case as the following support doc:

http://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A131&pmv=print&impressions=false

Someone had a very similar case a few years ago when there was a large weather event caused power issues at authorize.net's data center in Utah:

http://forums.oscommerce.com/topic/130693-authorizenet-down/

I know that there has been some serious weather in Utah recently.

==> Is this just an isolated incident that we should not worry about and cannot do anything about anyway?

No, it was just that single isolated incident that had the "too busy" message. Other transactions are happening successfully.
