Hi,

Currently we have an ecommerce site which is using authorize.net CIM method for credit card processing where charging the card is a batch process happening in the backend.Now we have a requirement that we need to include "guest check out" features so that the credit card is charged and the result is shown to the user immediately.

For guest checkout feature,we are not storing any customer profile information .
We came to know that CIM is not a possible method for implementing this.

Can we use DPM for implementing this?
If yes, can we use the already existing account which we are using for CIM transaction for this DPM?

Do we need to create another account for DPM transaction?

You can use DPM, SIM or AIM.

Do you mean the merchant account? Yes you can use any of the API with one merchant account.
