WooCommerce Subscribe working with Authorize AIM to ARB

Hi there Authorize,

I have a question that I would like to ask.

We currently have a newsletter service that we want to monetize and are looking at options:

www.sarkarglobalmacro.com (wordpress site)

We have two subscription products: Annual and quarterly.

Annual: one off payment.
Quarterly: 4x payments throughout the year.

My question is this... Will WooCommerce Subscription, linked up to Authorize.net as a payment gateway extension, be able to handle recurring billing options (does authorize handle that or Woo?) and is there a way to have the subscriber change their card details if needs be - preferably through their account in Woo.
