Error submitting transaction

I know this is an old error, but I am new to authorized.net and all of the information I have found concering this issue makes no sense to me. The issue is I submit a transaction and I get this error "An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card. This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service "

I can't go on my server and change anything concerning the DSN or other selection, and I have completed all of the suggestion with the relay response stuff.

Does any one know how to solve this?

So you gone thru the troubleshooting step listed in Relay Response Basics and Troubleshooting ?
