I see it has been almost 2 years since the answer. Has this changed? Has a spanish form become available? Is there a way to display the CC form in spanish?

We don't currently offer a Spanish language hosted form using SIM, however you can use DPM to create your own form in any language. http://www.authorize.net/support/SIM_guide.pdf

You are also welcome to post this as a new feature using our Ideas forum. This will allow others to vote on and make suggestions to improve the request.

I see there is a x-rename field that allows me to rename the labels of fields. Might this work to transform the screen into Spanish? Would this work with error messages?

Also, would x-rename work with the subheaders like "Payment Information"? If so, what are the field names?

Hi Doug,

You can change the values on the Authorize.Net hosted payment form by using the x_rename field but this only applies to "field names". There is really not a way to completely redo the form this is why the subheaders like Order Information, Payment Information and Billing Information cannot be modified.
