I am using CIM for processing transactions. Recently I have experienced a problem:

Some user has entered correct credit card info as well as valid (not expired) credit card expiration info. But the transaction couldn't go through, and I get error respond said "The credit card has expired." and the error code is "E00027". Payment status is "error". I have used the correct format for credit card expiration date which is "YYYY-MM".

On the other hand, the transaction did go through directly on Authorize.Net merchant control panel (not through a website).

Has anyone experienced similar problems?
