CIM Hosted Form - State/Country Select box

Hi,

I am using the CIM hosted payment form, but i need to do some processing to the address users enter to determine shipping costs. The issue is the form allows users to enter their state and country however they choose: such as AK vs Alaska or US vs United States vs USA, etc. Is there any way to make the hosted form use select boxes with prefilled states and countries? Otherwise I can't really process data if i don't know what format it will be entered in.

Hi,

Unfortunately it is not possible to modify the hosted CIM forms. However, you can capture the shipping address of your customer on your own website then send them to us in the background using createCustomerShippingAddressRequest.
