    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want something like that, you'll need to use a shopping cart on your end and insert the terms and agreements before it passes the order to Authorize.net. Unless you want to add a line at the top of your site design saying something like "By ordering from this site I agree to the terms and conditions", where terms and conditions links to a page with the terms and conditions. That would probably be legally sufficient, and will do unless the terms and conditions change depending on what they're ordering.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
