All transactions are getting declined

Hello,

All my transactions are getting declined no matter what CC# or other data I send. getting a response code of 3.

With response code 3 there should be response reason code like listed in

http://developer.authorize.net/guides/AIM/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#href=4_TransResponse.html

I'm getting the following error

RESPONSE REASON CODE TEXT===> This transaction cannot be accepted.
RESPONSE REASON CODE===> 99

I have tried different CC#s.

Your fingerprint isn't calculating correctly. Reverify that you have the correct login ID and transaction key set. If that doesn't fix anything, post your code (with the ID and key masked) here, preferably in a code box (should be the fifth or sixth icon from the left while posting in Rich Text mode).
