Unlimited Trial Occurrences

I have a promo code that lets users have accounts basically "free forever" but we still wish to capture credit card with ARB.

I've tried setting both periods to 9999 but this results in an error: "Trial Occurrences must be less than Total Occurrences."

I also tried just setting the normal charge amount to 0.00, but that is rejected by ARB as well (will not charge for 0.00).

How can I accomplish a free unlimited trial period while also capturing the account/credit info with ARB?

Hi,

It is not possible to use the trial period indefinitely when using the ARB service. I suggest checking our CIM or Customer Information Manager if you want to capture your customer's card data without actually charging a subscription.
