      <description>&lt;P&gt;I m trying authorize.ne test transaction &amp;nbsp;to my local host computer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i complete all the steps and try to complete the transaction after clicking the buy &lt;STRONG&gt;Button&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;issue is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Text Displayed:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error.       <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for this,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by turing off the test mode ,transaction goes to approved ,but time out issue is still exists i m working on it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
