Hi,

I was using the test account to create transactions and it was working fine. Now I'm using the production account to create a transaction on the VIrtual Terminal and I have the error 326 :The request field(s) are either invalid or missing.

The merchand account is from Portugal so I know that there are some extra required such as:

x_first_name

x_last_name

x_address

x_city

x_state

x_zip

x_email

And I have all that fields.
I have already check the link http://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A1459&actp=LIST but it does not help.

I some one has any sugestions, please let me know.

I would recommend contact Customer Support at 1-877-447-3938. They have access to your transactions to determine if there are any issues there.
