      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was using the test account to create transactions and it was working fine. Now I'm using the production account to create a transaction on the VIrtual Terminal and I have the error 326 :&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;The request field(s) are either invalid or missing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;The merchand account is from Portugal so I know that there are some extra required such as:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;x_first_name&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;x_last_name&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;x_address&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;x_city&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;x_state&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;x_zip&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;x_email&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I have all that fields.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have already check the link &lt;A href="http://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=A1459&amp;amp;actp=LIST" target="_blank"&gt;http://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=A1459&amp;amp;actp=LIST&lt;/A&gt; but it does not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I some one has any sugestions, please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would recommend contact Customer Support at 1-877-447-3938. &amp;nbsp;They have access to your transactions to determine if there are any issues there.&lt;/P&gt;
