ARB Subscription Length

Using ARB and a Wordpress plugin, I have been able to successfully set up the purchase flow on a new website.

However, I'd like to be able to offer a "no expiration date" subscription. The plugin developer claims that ARB does not allow subscription terms longer than 12 months.

I've seen a screen capture of my partner's AN merchant account in which there is clearly a "no-expire" option.

I need to know if this is a limitation of the plugin )WP e-Store) or truly an Authorize.net restiction for ARB?

All of my prior experience is with Paypal, so pardon if this is a noob question.
