Please Help-Recurring Billing Not Working in Live Mode

I'm using Drupal 7 and we are attempting to integrate authorize.net with the site we've created. In Sandbox, everything works fine both in the initial charge, CIM creation, and the subsequent creation of the recurring billing subscription. In live mode, the initial charge goes through, the CIM profile is created, but the recurring billing subscription is not created.

error code from ARB? it is enabled?
