Setting Transaction Specific Descriptions for Customer Card Statements

We're trying to set the description of a transaction so that a customer's credit card statement can have a dynamically generated piece of information. I've tried setting everything in a transaction to a different key, and the only thing that came through to my bank was my merchant name. Is this something that can be accomplished with either the AIM or CIM APIs?

The feature you are describing is Soft Descriptors which is currently not supported by Authorize.Net.
