I'm having issue in my magento site checkout process it says:

error on checkout.....Authorize.Net CIM Gateway:

Transaction failed. Customer Profile ID or Customer Payment Profile ID not found

Hello Patrick,

It would really help if you mentioned the specific Magento CIM module you are using and where it's located on Magento Connect.
