Can't create a test account

I keep getting the following error message:

Form Errors

An error occurred while parsing the XML request.
Error activating test account

Please return to the form and correct the errors.

I do get the welcome email but my credentials don't work

Hi,

This error will occur when parameters on the login ID and password are not met. For login ID please use alphanumeric with minimum of 8 characters, same things goes with the password. You password needs to contain lower case, upper case and numbers too.

The error still occurs.

I put an alohanumeric more than 8 characters user name and password with both upper, lowercase characters numbers and symbols.

I receive the email with the Payment Gateway, but the account is not created.

I tried to recover the account or the password, nothing works

I'm using the Latest Chrome on Win7

The problem was a special character from the password I tried..

Maybe they don't allow !@#$%^&*()_+ characters
