Our customers are getting this error on every transaction...

"An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service."

Support is saying that, "The relay response URL you that is indicated in your software is not indicated within your account."

Nothing that we know of has changed on our site though. How do I troubleshoot this error in woocommerce?

This is the proper response URL: http://supercloset.com/checkout/order-received/

But when we add that into the " Response/Receipt URLs" section, transactions get declined entirely.

How do we figure out the relay response URL? There don't seem to be any settings in wordpress / woocommerce for this.

I used that url for a test SIM, and it return fine, except it run it to some javascript error.

On the page that you submit to authorize.net view the page source from the broswer to see what is the value for x_relay_url is.
