Initial loading of Customer Profiles

I am working with a company who is transitioning an existing infastructure to CIM & AIM. One of my first conserns is how we will get the over 600,000 customers profiles loaded into CIM. Looking at the API I figure we could create a tool to do this load. However, If there is something that is provided, I would like to look at that first to see if it would be a better option. Can someone please tell me if this is an option?

Hello,

We do not currently offer a tool to bulk import to customer profiles.

I know this is an old thread, but has there been any progress or additional discussion on bulk loading CIM profiles for customers moving to this platform? As it stands now, I have over 6000 profiles I'll need to load up for our initial migration and that's going to take quite a while with the current approach.
