Need API to access eCheck returns report and or an indication of return in a transaction

Currently someone must manually go to the website and look at reports in time boxed windows to see if any eCheck transactions have been returned/charged back. There is no notificaiton that this occured.

Because of this we need to be able to see on a specific transaction if it was infact returned and also a way to query for returns within a specific time period via the api.
