ARB - When start date is the same as the arb created date when is the first transaction created

From the ARB API documentation: "startDate Value: The date the subscription begins (also the date the initial billing occurs)."

My question is if I create an ARB with a start date equal to the same day I create the ARB when should I expect the the first transaction to process?

For example, I created a new ARB on 2014-08-20 and I set the start date to 2014-08-20 but I don't see any transaction being process for the subscription.

When will the first transaction for my 2014-08-20 start date ARB be processed?
