[CIM] : Performing transaction using multiple transactions keys and same login id

Hi,

We are facing issues when we are trying to perform transactions with sandbox login and different transaction keys from different channnels such as CRM, WSC etc.

Is it possble to use multiple transaction keys from differrent channels with same login ID? Do we have any best practices in this regard to have same transaction key for all the channels as transactions done using same transactionkeys from different channels have higher success rate?

Hello @Netizen

Multiple systems can use the same API Login to connect to the same gateway account, but they must also use the same Transaction Key. When a new key is generated, the old key will expire within 24 hours. This is true for both the Sandbox and Production.
