    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;following questions about CIM :&lt;BR /&gt;1-How many customer profiles we can create under merchant&lt;BR /&gt;account? Do we have any limitations on the customer profiles?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2-Is the customer profile expired? If yes under what conditions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3-Automatic report? Can we get a daily report with&lt;BR /&gt;transactions made and basically those failed ( not succeeded ) ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4-Create some kind of report messages to Account&lt;BR /&gt;Manger to know if a customer profile is expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5-Is there a way to tell the amount of money&amp;nbsp;a customer payment profile holds?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6-How many payment profiles we can create per customer profile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7-What if we processed a payment of $100 against an account/profile of $50 ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what's will happen and what's the expected code to get back?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;8-&amp;nbsp;What if we processed a payment of $100/whatever against an account/profile with&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Empty card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;expired card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thnaks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1)No&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)No, only if you discountinue the CIM service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3)Merchant account settings - User Profile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4)Nothing like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5)no&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6)100&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7)decline, unless you are doing partial transaction, then ask for another payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8)for CIM, you have to tell it the payment profile id is, and you will also have to check the response to see if it approve or decline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
