    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a merchant here but yes I can't login.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Error An unanticipated error occurred while processing this request. Please click your browser’s Back button to return to the previous page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PS. Authorize.net I don't know who is awarding you "support awards" but they need to be shot. Leaving nowhere for a merchant to report issues is pretty dumb. No forum. No telephone support line. No chat. Yeah so I'm here in developer support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For those of you developing for authorize.net this lack of support for merchants should concern you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>CIM is down</title>

      <description>I have a Pingdom test running constantly to let me know when CIM is down. It checks on uptime for &lt;A href="https://api.authorize.net/xml/v1/request.api." target="_blank"&gt;https://api.authorize.net/xml/v1/request.api.&lt;/A&gt; Just got an alert that it is down as of 10:20 PM EST.</description>
