Problem with Magento's Authorize.net module

Looks like the Magento's Authorize.net module has a bug.

User can complete the checkout process if he logs into an existing account.

But if he uses "Register to Create an Account" and follow through the checkout proces, then it doesn't work.

Here is how to reproduce the bug:

1. Go to purePhoria.com
2. Add any product to shopping cart
3. Check out with "Register to Create an Account"
4. Follow through the checkout process
6. At the last step ("Order Review"), press the "Place Order" button. Then, it will show an error message:

"Please check billing address information. Please enter the first name. Please enter the last name. Please enter the street. Please enter the city. Please enter the telephone number. Please enter the zip/postal code. Please enter the country."

The Authorize.net module came along with the original Magento.
