I have a question in regards to Authorize.net developer services. I am working on this website for my customer and we are successfully receiving money via Authorize.net... Now the question is, how do I pay a customer of mine via Authorize.net... What does the customer need to provide and what API do I need to implement? Is such a thing possible with Authorize.net?

Thank you

I want to be able to initiate a payment (payout) customers using Authorize

This would be the perfect example:

A does work for B. My website is C. B agrees upon the deal with A and makes the payment to C. C holds the money and sends it to A once the job is finished (ie. B is satisfied and presses some "Complete" button). This way scam is prevented from both sides.

Can Authorize.net's API handle this payment flow?
