Creating a Customer Information Management [CIM] Profile from ARB Subscription?

Is it possible to create a CIM Profile from a ARB Subscription. In this link says it is possible to create a CIM Profile from ARB Subscription. If it is possible then where can i find the java SDK with this feature.

It said from a transactions that was create from an ARB.

And no, I don' think they updated the SDKs yet, but you can go to github and see. You can also mod the sdks source code.
